                             SHIPPING INFORMATION

Here at Litchfield Lane, it's our goal to get orders shipped out as soon as possible! All orders will ship within 1-2 business days (unless the item is a pre-order; pre-order items have the expected ship date listed on the item). Please note that we reserve the right to verify any order's payment method, which may cause a delay in shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be available.

 

Please remember once we've given your order to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have questions about your package please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Also know we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a correct and secure location.

Something to also keep in mind is there may be delays in shipping due to weather, holidays, etc. Listed below are estimates only.

FREE SHIPPING - For orders over $50 your order should arrive within 6-9 business days. Insurance is not included.  

USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADE ($8.95) - Your order should arrive within 1-3 business days. Includes insurance through USPS for up to $100.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS SHIPPING (price based on total weight of your order) - Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days. Includes insurance through USPS for up to $100.

 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any USPS delays, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for any upgraded shipping fee paid by the customer.

 

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the order to you. If you've just placed an order and you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@litchfieldlaneboutique.com and we can try to get that fixed for you, as long as we haven't shipped the order yet.
