1- Is my item eligible for return? IS THE ITEM
-In original condition with tags attached (if product has tags)
-Free of all odors
-No stains or signs of wear
-Shoes must be unworn and in original box if we provided one
-Not on list of non-refundable products
If you answered yes to all of the above you may be able to return your item(s) for Boutique credit only.

2- What is Litchfield Lane Boutique return policy?
You may return your item(s) within 10 business days, but you MUST contact us to initiate a return at email@example.com. We will then reply to you with an authorization form to return your item(s). Items must be post marked within 10 business days of delivery and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit that will be applied to your account (shipping fees are non-refundable)

4- Changing or Cancelling an Order
We know things happen or maybe you changed your mind and we’re here to help, but you must contact us IMMEDIATELY at litchfieldlaneboutique@gmail or chat online with us to make any changes. We believe fast shipping and processing is key to a good relationship so we try to process all orders same day. If the order has been processed/shipped we will be unable to make any changes at that time to your order.
